Plantar Fasciitis
When you spend a lot of time on your feet, they can start to hurt. If you find that you are experiencing pain in your heel or arch, that is worse at the end of the day or during your first few steps in the morning, you may have plantar fasciitis.
Our chiropractors have many tools at their disposal that can be helpful, including adjusting your feet and ankles, working with the soft tissues in your calves and feet, and prescribing you with some exercises to better support your feet. You may also find that rolling your arches with a tennis or golf ball for a few minutes a couple of times a day can help a lot.
