While not all of our patients are eager to receive homework, it is often necessary in order to achieve lasting results. Our goal in prescribing exercises for our patients is to try to undo the daily habits that got our patients into pain in the first place, or to support injured tissues in their recovery process. Our approach is to give each patient exercises that are tailored to them to help their bodies move better and are easy to implement into their individual lifestyles.
We will often give patients some moves to work on at home that are directly targeted to reduce their pain. This is so that you have something to help you when you are not in our office.
Our chiropractors can give exercises that fit into your day so you can do them anywhere! We can also go over your gym routine to optimize your workout.
